ABOUT ERIC
Eric Lannen was elected to the Carroll ISD Board of Trustees Place 2 in May of 2020. Over the 2021-22 school year he served as President of the Board. He has spent over 32 years in senior human resources roles making him an expert in navigating organizational processes, clear communication, contracts, and implementing complex initiatives. These skills have uniquely positioned him to be a leader for the success, stability and efficiency of CISD.
Eric was proud to stand with Southlake parents who fought for transparency and an academic curriculum free of any political agenda, but with that battle won, he is now looking forward to tackling other exciting and important matters of business: balancing the budget, taking care of teachers and increasing engagement and trust between teachers, parents and the board. Eric’s vision for CISD will serve to help advance the tradition of excellence for which we’re well known.
